Incomprehensible that you have been gone for so much longer than I had you physically in my life for. Does time heal? No, but I have almost learnt to live without you. It's still so painful for me to think about you, I have always kept you "in a box" in my head and I can't often lift the lid - but I am getting better at it and I can sometimes talk about you now, especially to Joanne who is the only person in the world who truly understands.
